In Touch Adventure Retreats was created by a small team with a clear vision: To connect a community with the highest version of theirselves by aligning actions, emotions, thoughts, and energy.

Our retreats aim to offer an unparalleled approach to adventure.  Not only will we adventure through the vast and breathtaking environment our retreats are set in, we will also adventure through and embody the true essence of our selves.  

Throughout the week, we will be offering a wide array of modalities to strengthen our connection to Self, community, and environment. These modalities include but are not limited to yoga, meditation, fitness, dance, craniosacral therapy, massage, shamanic healing practices, and mayan divination. 

Our mission is to create a space for you to rediscover your true essence so that you can return home with a new-found love and understanding for your self, your environment, and your life.
